This ranks up there with some of Activision/Koticks' more f-ed up ideas. How will such "loyalty" be determined? And what, whether or not you think a game is kak, you must says it's brilliant just so that you don't get charged more?

The idea is nice but to implement it would be a disaster! Say I'm pwning online and the other players don't like getting owned to hard then they give me negative Rep just to spite me, now I have to pay 1k just for Battlefield 4?!

He was saying that players who grow the community around the games (develop mods and maps/host fansites/host servers/contribute etc.) should be rewarded and (if they had a way to track this), those who deliberately poison the community and drive players out of games consistently should be penalized.
