Why not? Im never so hot that I loose the will to live and its only ever cold early in the mornings or by sun set and then its only between the office and the tube station, station and home. I much prefer it to that never ending, soul sucking heat of the SA decembers. Plus there is a good chance it will snow again over Christmas. Im gonna build a snow dude on the patio. :cool:

Boardroom carpets gonna need replacing, its already starting to stink. At least the server in the strongroom survived, just had to move a lot of stuff out of the strong room. All in all not to bad.

We are having such issues with flipping telkom and their stupid exchange at work... we have had 2 deadlines, which they came to fix only to break another line, now we get cross lines with clicks in killarny mall and the school accross from us and faxes to our number WTF?

Ok question - I have to install two printers on the boss's laptop. Now I cant find drivers for Win 7, will other drivers work?
Just install the drivers and if you have the software, then plug in the printers into the machine, but only after you've done the installations. I noticed that Avision printers only work with XP drivers until I installed them first before plugging in the printer. ;)

No problem. Many network printers notify a Windows machine that there is a driver that needs to run in order to be used on the machine. Try looking for the printer (using the wizard) as a network printer. If you know the printer's name, it is quite easy to find it.

if that odes not work try alternate drivers, believe it or not the xerox mono laser we use here at work are running on windows XP and 7 on our network with a samsung colour laser printer driver

ironically I can find the printers via the run command - \\pcname . . . But then it wont connect due to the drivers. Via the wizard it just plain refuses to see the printers.

Don't know of anything that does that, but you could just size it yourself using the Microsoft Office picture application, there is an option to resize. Just find out the dimensions of an ID photo and set it to that.

I need some more help.
I am looking for a program that you can make id photos with and then print them.
So the process is that from the camera, goes onto a computer, program sizes the picture and then we print.
I have tried searching through google and getting some programs from there but they tend to be trial versions that don't allow printing till you buy them.
Anybody know of anything?
Does it have to be automatic? Surely getting the dimensions and then cropping in Photoshop, GIMP, Picassa could work? Albeit a little labour intensive.
