Correct :( No idea what happened, some kind of electronic glitch. Went into full negative pitch in a split second and nose dived into the hard dirt. Fucked up a perfect battery as well!

I just wish I knew what went wrong, because I can't find the problem after all the damage after hitting the dirt at a rather awesome speed.

If I remember correctly the Raptor is fuel, not electric. Or are you converting it?
If you are looking for a fuel based heli, I have a Compass Knight 3D with loads of spares. Just needs a receiver and it is ready to fly.

We fly electric only so the nitro is just gathering dust nowadays.
They are actually pretty much the same , the electric being a tad more punchier than the nitro. However the nitro can give you around 15mins of flight time where as electric you normally look at around 5 - 6 mins tops whilst preserving the battery packs. Remember to always leave 20% charge in the packs, never go under that when using lipos. A123 is a different ball game though :P

Glad to hear I am not the only one. Wish I knew what it was about this time of year that is so fucking depressing.
I have 2 days with the inlaws over the weekend, both the 24th & the 25th, both at the Four Seasons in Canary Wharf. Only diff between the two days? On Sunday the 86 yr old Grandfather (he is still "sane") will be joined by his 80 something yr old, bat-shit crazy, wife.

It can also occur if the pack quality is bad. What size is it? 2cell 1200mah ? You can get them for cheap at a few places or I can check if we have any orders happening at the moment and bring some in for you. We buy all our stuff from overseas since it is MUCH cheaper than here and if you split the shipping costs it really makes one happy :D

Considering getting me and the Mrs a Wii with extra controller. She has been nagging me about the new Super Mario Bros, Mario Galaxy and Zelda games for ages. Plus it might be something chilled we can play together since she isn't a huge hardcore gamer like me.

Next on list is one of the extreme sports bundles and then stars wars when it comes out. Hopefully they will start releasing more hectic titles soon.

I was blown away when I heard about Thunderbolt last year. Almost didn't believe it was real.

Most, if not all, 2011 models do. I know the late 2011 update for the macbook pro (which I am looking at) has got it. Found a video where the guy actually got down to the nuts and bolts of it and was like "HOLY SHIT!!" Its basically just a div and pci-e cable but I didn't know you could run usb over pci-e. And with things like the new 27" thunderbolt LED display docking ur mac book pro is a singe. Since the screen has a mac safe power adapter so no need for an extra power supply for your laptop. yes the Thunderbolt display is FUCKING expensive but DAMN its sexy.

Yip my iMac had 2 thunderbolt ports. All great if you can get devices that use thunderbolt. Still awhile before you find devices using the tech.

Yeah but the devices are popping up, you got the display, Promise Pegasus and Blackmagic UltraStdio 3D. With Thunderbolts high data transfer speeds I can see why it is mostly external storage devices and graphical peripherals. Also the ability to daisy chain devices is a huge bonus.

Yeah but Luckily I dont use USB that much. Just my 2 externals. And when I go apple they will be replaced with a 3tb (or maybe 2X 3tb) time capsules.

Nah on Xbox. She is still a bit small to play but she would love to watch it. And all the little characters you get look sweet. Do you know how it works? I only found out now. I enjoyed Crysis 2, story was a bit WTF but from a design perspective I loved it. The whole sandbox levels connected via more linear "tunnels" was a stroke of genius. Balance was a little off and the AI could be a little smarter. Should be entertaining on Super soldier though.

Story being spun is that there is some magic part that has to be replaced now, if not it will cause severe kuck later on and that could leave us without power for a week or so. I am NOT looking forward to this at all....
