Website Feel - Recommendations & Feedback

Hey wasup guys :)

Complements of the season to all, i hope the beers were tall, the babes were bountiful and that we all managed to get some rest after such a chaotic 2011 year.

So, i need some feedback for my companies new site, and knowing that more than half of you are involved in IT or some some strange branch of it, I thought who better to ask.

Recommendations, content, clarity, design & layout, imagery, etc etc

I am aware there are links from imagery, that lead to one word pages, please keep in mind this is still a work in progress, all I need right now is to know your opinions on the site so far.

looks good ... colour scheme isnt harsh on the eyes ... one slight issue i came across though is the terms and conditions page, all the other pages have a set size for the text area and make use of a scrollbar if required. The terms and conditions page however doesn't follow that which makes it inconsistent with the rest of the pages.

GUI development teaches you that consistency is kinda a good thing in some cases :)
