YAY V4 of the duke3d HRP is allmost out.

HRP (HIGH RESOLUTION PACK)

For those not in the know.

Duke3d HRP is a project that was started many many years ago, to convert DUKE3D to a fully 3d Accelerated game. Usually it only get's updated like once or twice a year, but sofar its comming along awesomely!

I've been playing it ever since it's initial release, and if you are a Duke Fan its definitely recommended.

Gone are all the ugly sprites, replaced with full 3d models. Full Anti aliasing, Super high Resolutions even Windows TCP/IP Dukematch.

It even works with the expansion packs.

Trust me it's way better than I make it out to sound!

Cool post mate. I didn't even know this existed.

The really sad part is when I think back at the game - the enhanced gfx is how I remember it. (You don't really remember how sucky gfx were back in the day until you reinstall police quest 1. Hooray for 2 pixel heads)

So where's the screenshot of you pressing spacebar in front of the strippers? :p

I have the entire police quest. I preferred Space quest though :D:D

Dude you know what I would like to see is an answer from 3Drealms with regards to Duke Nukem forever..... these okes are full of BS we have been waiting since '99 for the game :p

well a while back, sometime in 2008 some or other online site like gamespy or something got behind the scenes playtime/handson and they said its absolutely awesome.
