demo been out for ages!
You guys can just grab the demo's using local cap btw! The content is cached locally, just the actual PS Store isn't.
Then you just set up a proxy via PC, and set up a redirect, and download the same demo from the PS Store (you still need a little int just to access the PS Store tho)
It used to work with any game on the proxy, but now it only works with the games on the PS Store currently

2. Download the demo in background.
3. Go to Network then Download managment and pause download.
4. Disconnect int cap.
5. Change router login details to local cap.
6. Plug network cable back in PS3.
7. Go back to download management and select resume download.
This method works perfectly for me.

Yeah that does work but since the PS3 doesn't support multi threaded DL's (afaiK) it will take a bit longer (esp on my 4mb line)
So i:
1) Set up CFB35 proxy on my pc
2) Set up proxy info in network settings on PS3
3) Access PS Store on PS3
4) Download a demo i want and then pause it
5) Check the logs on the proxy app on PC - this gives me the .PUP file link (which is the demo)
7) Dial up to local ADSL acc on PC and DL the .PUP demo file
8) Set up a redirect link (in the replace tab of the proxy app)
9) When the PS3 unpauses the download, it will go through the proxy, see the redirect, and redirect to the file on my PC. So it makes the PS3 link to the demo file (.PUP) on my PC
Sounds more complicated then it is, but this way i can DL more demo's in shorter time. Also less hassle in respect of keep changing ADSL accounts.

I downloaded the Xbox demo and was not very impressed. I hate the stand and shoot control system.
I won't get this on release but will wait for it in the bargain bin.
