I'm actually quite enjoying this COD5 sound track. It adds quite a cool feel to the game.
Other soundtracks that are amazing include Guild Wars, WoW (especially karazhan) and probably the most goosebumping one of all - SW: KOTOR II's launcher.

Having just finished GTA IV I must say that I found the soundtrack spectacular, not to mention that you could also play your own songs if you so desired...
Bioshock also had a great soundtrack.
I've always been a big fan of all the Blizzard soundtracks. Who remembers the Tristram theme from Diablo 1? Classic...

Command and Conquer 1. Had some banging tracks on it, wich I even listen to in Mediaplayer!
Quake 1, With the Nine inch Nails Soundtrack was also awesome.
GTA Vice City had an awesome soundtrack aswell
Unreal 1, the Soundtrack fitted the game beautifully and was actually one of the reasons the game was so immersive for it's time.
Test Drive unlimited also had a banging soundtrack, only because it was my Mp3 Folder Music station :p
Sigh, they don't make games like these anymore :(

Yeah one of those where i enjoyed nearly every song, as opposed to only enjoying 2 or 3 songs on a game.

Final Fantasy VIII nothing comes close to it!!!! I have every single Final Fantasy song there is :)
Bioshock's soundtrack is quite impressive as well as Crysis's. Unreal Tournaments sounds have always been good.
Currently listening to Armored Core's OST, also a very good mix. And i Absolutely love Little BIG Planet's soundtrack :)

House of the Dead: Overkill.
I'm currently writing a review on that. The game is based around Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror. The music has this weird and cool funky thing going on, keeps you moving around in your chair while you're decapitating zombies :D
