Busy jamming the Secret World MMO Beta ... it's a pretty sick game. I'm not a fan of the zombie genre, but this is pretty slick.

No matter what I did, or how hard I tried, I could never, ever get into this. It just lacked something that the previous 5 (including PSP games) had. Also, I hated the car handling in 4.
Started Dungeon Village (iOS) today - I'm pretty much a fan of any Kairosoft title now.
Well for the PS3 I had a good gaming month. Having decided a while ago to NOT buy anything at release date anymore (only to kick myself later when prices half...and half again...but Bioshock Infinite will be an exception), I buy preplayed only, or when I find good specials. Not to talk money but the following list cost me around R1000 this month. Great! The price of 1-and-a-half new games scored me (....wait...counting... 6) SIX games this month. That'll keep me busy for a while...
So, in June in managed to pick up (and start playing by putting down Dark Souls):
*Dirt 3:
Was sceptical at first as "2" was not to my liking. But I dig "3". Lotsa fun!
* Ninja Gaiden 3:
Jeesh, it's been a while since I've regretted dishing out R200 (not even full price...thank God!!!) for a game, that blows this much!! I loved NG2 though (on Xbox with limbs flying!). But 3 is just a tad too over the top in terms of the action (an 8-year old may enjoy it) and with a a broken camera and glitchy character movement, the least played of my "new" titles.
*The Darkness 2:
Again, I loved the first and being able to pick this up for R150 makes it even sweeter. Oh, and the game ROCKS!!!! "Jackie......."
Then, the following I picked up over the weekend:
*RAGE
Well I knew going into it it received mixed reviews. Graphically it is beyond stellar (really!) but it reminds a lot of another game, also listed here.
*Borderlands (GOTY)
At Last (!!) I got Borderlands!! And, was surprised to see that it supports splitscreen campaign...so the wife is also happy...Borderlands is awesome!
*Silent Hill: HD Collection (Silent Hill 2 & 3)
Another one that has mixed reviews, but being a fan of the franchise, and the two games included here being the only ones I've missed out on, I finally picked it up. Started with "2" yesterday. It's looking inviting (if silent hill is your bag)
How did you get The Darkness 2 for only R150?
Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (iOS)
The FF Tactics games are very over-looked titles in the franchise.

Spec Ops The Line (Xbox)
Diablo 3 (Mac OS)
