Finished Walking Dead - Episode 2. - Story is getting good, it was far more gruesome and intense than the first episode and the choices were harder to make. Now I am seriously psyched for the next one!

and the usual suspects playing are DayZ, arma and Civ 5 (gods & kings expansion)
I still am undecided on getting Secret World, think gonna skip as gws2 is around the corner.

Question: anyone tried running Diablo III on a 2011 Macbook Pro with an integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics card? I'm hearing mixed reports so I'm a little weary of forking over more than 500 bucks for something that isn't going to run or is going to look like shiz.

Question: anyone tried running Diablo III on a 2011 Macbook Pro with an integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics card? I'm hearing mixed reports so I'm a little weary of forking over more than 500 bucks for something that isn't going to run or is going to look like shiz.

Im running D3 on a 2011 Macbook Pro but mine has a Radeon HD 6770m SD GPU. I can run it at Max spec without my FPS dropping below 25 FPS.

Yep I have the 15" one. Just had a look at the 13"'s specs to confirm. What is the highest res you have tried running it at? or are you looking for feedback before you get D3?

Looking at feedback before getting it I've googled and gotten such mixed reports...everything from "it runs perfectly on max settings as long as you switch off shadows" to "it doesn't work at all." So I'm a bit weary of forking over the cash for it just yet.

I'll have a new gaming PC by month-end, though, so I may as well just wait until then. If I get it now and can't play it I'll be a lot more sad than if I'm just patient

Pop into TK and we will ask Spooner he has it on a regular white Macbook and he said it runs fine.
