^Holy crap that game was fun. I only had the demo, but my cousin and I would play it split-screen for hours. If I remember correctly, you were some sort of weird walker tank thing (I guess the thing in the pic?) and you could build tanks and planes and things and... something something. Memory is a bit hazy on it, just remember it was a blast.
