They've updated the Account management - link to the official client is now live
Aaaah, I just checked and it downloads the launcher, so I ran my launcher and it's busy updating.
Hmmm ... I wonder then if this is the client for the next BWE? I haven't gotten any updates from running my current client.
Will you update on the size of the download when you have an idea?

Check it out at the link below.Ever since ArenaNet announced that you can join more than one guild I have been struggling with exactly how many guilds I will be joining. I think there will be a lot of people who would like to have their own guild and I’m expecting quite a few guilds that end up with only the owner as member or with members that will never represent those guilds.
Even though you can be in more than 1 guild, you can represent only one guild at a time, so you will receive benefits/boosts of only the guilds you representing.
