Diablo 3 is the only one I'm definitely getting.

Assassin's Creed 3
Personally, Max Payne 3, DmC, Resident Evil 6 and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (a biggie for me)
But there's heaps to be excited about this year, i.e. Darksiders II, AC III, Sleeping Dogs, Hitman: Absolution, Tomb Raider (one that everyone keeps forgetting) and so much more.
AC3 is the only one I'm looking forward to so far.
