I assume there is a budget connected to this?

3930K with an OCed GTX670 would be fine.

When you say entire, you mean monitors, keyboard, mouse ect ?

for 25k, you should be getting a 680 or 7970,

How does one get R25k to spend on a rig? I mean, I can get this kind of money, but I have other shit to pay...

I WISH I could just one month, spend my salary on whatever I want, and skip the house / shopping / insurance / usual shit that I have to buy every month

Honestly its the gpu that ends up being the first one to be upgraded out of the 2 so I would take a higher end gpu so that I don't need to upgrade for quite as long. 7970 or 680 would be the route to take

Lads, look at EVGA's 670 FTW edition. It fucking rocks! Beats out base line 680's! Absolutely awesome card that is cheaper than a 680! Totally worth it.

I'd go with the CPU you mention and look at the FTW edition. Really ROCKING card.
