    This is the second one like this from UK parents that I've seen. Personally, I would make damn sure that my kids don't have access to spend on my credit card if it were me. And I'd rather buy 3rd party points for the kid than let him use the credit card anyway.

    Actually you can remove your credit card details manually.
    I did it after buying some stuff and was very relieved that I did cause just last week I got a message on XBL to change my passwords because of unauthorised access to my account from an international IP or something like that.

    Last time I tried, you could only remove a credit card if you had an alternate payment method. Maybe they've changed it. I'm going to go try it out

    EDIT: Nope. You can't remove it if it's associated with a service eg Live subscription. You have to give it a new payment option. Which is bull since I only used my credit card for a little while, then I bought pre-paid subs and cancelled auto-renew.

    Doesn't matter too much though. That card has been cancelled a while back
