This week’s digital download specials range from great indie titles to discounts on the latest AAA offerings. Popular digital distribution services Steam, GOG.com, PSN, and Xbox LIVE are all running specials.

Steam Specials

Steam has the adventure indie game Antichamber on special for $6.79, the brutal hack-‘n-slash Viking: Battle for Asgard for $3.74, and Zombie Driver HD for $2.49.

BT Games

BT Games’ new digital store continues its specials, with Dungeon Siege priced at R95, Rage: Campaign Edition for MAC priced at R299 and Inversion for R195.

Bundle Stars

Bundle Stars has launched its Men of War bundle, which offers 5 war games and their DLCs for only R30.

The bundle includes Men of War: Assault Squad GOTY Edition, Men of War, Men of War: Red Tide, Men of War: Condemned Heroes, and Men of War: Vietnam Special Edition.

Greenman Gaming

The fellas over on Greenman Gaming have some specials on a few game packs this week.

Included is the Postal and Postal 2 pack for $3.74 and The Legacy of Kain pack (Defiance, Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2) for R $5.24.

The Codemasters Catalogue pack is going for $11.23, which includes Clive Barker’s Jericho, Hospital Tycoon, Maelstrom: The Battle for Earth Begins, Rise of the Argonauts, and the Overlord Complete Pack (Overlord, Overlord II and Overlord: Raising Hell)

GOG.com Specials

GOG has the sci-fi space shooter Ring Runner: Flight of the Sages for 66% off, pricing it at $4.99.

PS Plus

Besides the free games you’ll be getting this month on PS Plus (listed below), members will also get discounts on Silent Hill (priced at R18), Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (R206.10) and the original Crazy Taxi (R31.50).

Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week

Over on the ZA Xbox Store, a number of games have been given the “Summer Sale” treatment.

Currently, Resident Evil: Revelations is R249, Skyrim is R166.83, Angry Birds Trilogy is R124.50, and the kung-fu-cop-movie-inspired Sleeping Dogs is R119.40.

In addition, there are a few more days to get Magic: Duels of the Planeswalkers for free if you’re on the Games with Gold programme, before it switches to Banjo Kazooie on 16 September.
