Angry Birds Seasons free on iOS this week

Fans of free stuff, giant catapults, birds, pigs, sheets of glass, bits of wood, big rocks, and wanton destruction are in for a treat this week with Rovio’s Angry Birds Seasons tagged at a low, low zero cash munnies on the Apple App Store. Resistance is futile, SQUAAAAWK.

Angry Birds Seasons is pretty much the same Angry Birds we all know and love (when nobody is looking, obviously), but with a sort of holiday theme, including Halloween, Chinese New Year, St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Nothing says “I love you” quite like hurling things at other things and watching it all fall apart. It’s, like, a metaphor or something.

The deal is available as part of the App Store’s “Free App of the Week”, launched every Friday since the end of May.
