Linkin Park, EA team up for Medal of Honor: Warfighter soundtrack
Progressive rock act reunite with EA to bring some melodies to Danger Close’s MoH sequel
As Linkin Park did with the 2010 reboot of Medal of Honor, the American rock band has once again teamed up with Electronic Arts to bring their unique sound to the follow-up, Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
The band is contributing their new song “Castle of Glass” to the upcoming military first-person shooter, along with an accompanying video.
A behind-the-scenes video shows vocalists Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda, as they describe the song, which looks at the life of a soldier and the sacrifices they have to make.
“Linkin Park’s involvement with the 2010 reboot of Medal of Honor was a hugely positive experience for all of us,” said Mike Shinoda. “The opportunity to take this creative collaboration several steps further was something that we knew we had to be a part of.”
