I want a Beneath a Steel Sky sequel, you want a Beneath a Steel Sky sequel, everybody wants a Beneath a Steel Sky sequel – and Revolution will make a Beneath a Steel Sky sequel, but only if their Kickstarter campaign for Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse makes it to $1 million.

“For many years we have wanted to write a sequel to our 1994 classic adventure. If we reach this goal we will start work on this exciting, much-demanded project, and implement Easter eggs in Broken Sword: the Serpent’s Curse, offering a glimpse of this futuristic dystopia,” reads a post on the Kickstarter page.

The campaign has 15 days left on the clock, with $446,000 in the kitty and and just over $450,000 to go to the $1 million Beneath a Steel Sky sequel jackpot. We are already almost half-way there, people.

As Beneath a Steel Sky hero Robert Foster would say, “Naked people with extra parts! The things folk do for fashion!”, which has nothing much to do with anything, really, but what a great quote.

Revolution previously remastered the cyberpunk game for its iOS launch, although the original is also available as a free download from GOG.
