With no news on whether Half-Life 2: Episode 3 will even be released, alleged images of Episode 4 have found their way onto the internet.

The images of Episode 4 (also known as Return to Ravenholm) appeared on Valve Time, who claim that Dishonored developer Arkane Studios was developing the game between 2005 and 2006 before it got cancelled.

There is no source of where the images came from, but ValveTimes claim that they are “verified as work from Episode 4”.

The images themselves show some of the in-game environments that were being designed, along with a video, which is a showreel of some of the animation work that was supposedly being done.
