South African retailer Makro has launched their “build a bundle” special.

Running until 7 August 2013, the special allows consumers to put together their own gaming bundle from a number of select products, peripherals, and games.

Gamers can choose a console pack, add a peripheral and throw in another game, with an overall standard price set by Makro.

The bundle deals are applicable to the PS3 and Xbox 360 packs.

You are high on crack if you drop money on a console now, PS4/Xbone is literally around the corner.

Exactly on what do you base this statement? If anything, it’s the prime time to get one of these consoles.Firstly, prices will be dropping rapidly due to the reason that you pointed out (Xbox One and PS4 around the corner), and there’s an entire library of amazing games available for these consoles to play.

Also, the adoption rate for the PS4 and Xbox One will be slow, games will continue to come out on Xbox 360 and PS3 for a couple years to come
