Development on Fable 3 is underway

Fable 3 was unofficially confirmed a few weeks back when British actor Jonathan Ross let slip on Twitter that he was offered a part-time voice acting part for the unannounced game.

Further evidence has emerged in the New York Times. The newspaper has published a wedding announcement for Joshua Atkins. The announcement lists Atkins as being the Lead Designer on “Fable 3”.

It hardly comes as a surprise that Lionhead is working on the third iteration of the popular franchise.

We await an official announcement over the next few months. In the meantime it is safe to assume that Fable 3 will be a Microsoft exclusive, appearing on the Xbox 360 with an outside chance of a late Windows cameo.
