Yeah I did try and uninstall and run it normally (I get a sound card error) and then through Steam (I get the error code 83) . I sent an e-mail to EA a few days ago, still haven't received a reply ! *Sigh* I really think it's high time I upgrade... Just need to wait till July . Thanks for your help though bro! Really appreciate it .
Hey dude, have you tried re-installing? Have you tried running it not through steam? I also read the stuff about the sound card, but I didn't have that problem luckily I think the best thing to do would be to e-mail EA support and give them the error report.
Lol, don't mate! It's KAK hard on Normal, so I don't even want to know what Hard will be like let alone Insane ! No bro, I bought the ZAPS copy. I then just integrated it with Steam (So I can have the text chat while playing). So it's not a Steam version but I loaded it into Steam...

Lol, don't turn it up mate!! Chapter 2 is kak hard!! Plus a boss fight in Chapter one will leave you so frustrated! If you need help with the Chapter one boss fight (End of the chapter) then just shout! I figured out a way to take him out in like 3mins . It's some error code, 83 I think... Whenever I try and load up the game it just tunes me this crap !
