So was I. The site frequently resets all of my entries, and often doesn't respond or gives database errors. I have never not received a give-away that I won.

It may be that you have to resync your account. At the top if you click on Account there's a button "Sync Account". It happened to me before that it lost all my group information but resyncing brought it back.

EDIT: Uh stunt, Steam group still shows you as a member...

Read above posts to resync your steamgifts, coz I assumed the first thing you checked was whether you're shown as a member on steam itself...
