Jis die bier is my ondergang ook. Ek gaan vir twee dae Gauteng toe en drink so amper 11 liter bier in daardie 2 dae... al my harde werk in die gym in sy moer in. Nou wil die mense by die werk he ek moet hulle join vir Cross-fit, maar eks nog helemal te vet/onfiks/bang daarvoor
