The Official 2015 Steam Summer Sale thread

Missed the 75% on Xcom enemy within. Its the only thing really want.

Reading the reviews it seems 2K raised the prices just before the sale.

Apparently that happened with a couple of titles. Seems like it's the publishers' way of luring us into buying ridiculous specials. :p

If you dont have any or even in some cases some of the games some Packs to look at (Good value for money)

I've been tempted to buy lots of stuff so far but I'm proud to say that I haven't bought anything yet. I must just get through this sale without buying anything. :) Well except if there's one crazy special! "whistling:

So far my purchases are:

Democracy 3 Complete
Don't Starve
Rollercoaster Tycoon 2: Triple Thrill Pack

Seriously considering the Alien Isolation deal as well, but I don't have a PC to play it right now...

There are loads of games I wanted to buy already but I keep on telling myself that I will not be able to play it before the next sale in December so I'll wait.

What I am buying is DLC's for games I do own and haven't played yet. 2 DLC"s that I am going to buy at the end if they or base games did not go on daily or flash is Men of War: Assault Squad 2 - Airborne and Iron Fist.

Hahaha same here =D

Well, 3 purchases for me thus far:
- Homeworld Remastered
- Wolfenstein: The New Order
- Deponia (it was dirt cheap, got it with card-selling funds)

Grim fandango is tempting me, but its not at 75% off yet, dunno if I should take the chance and wait for it to go lower or do I take it now at 50% off.

It won't go to 75% with this sale.

So far I got:
Hotline Miami
Risk of Rain (Thanks for the recommendation, BeoTeK)
XCOM: Enemy Within
Hero Siege
The Wolf Among Us

All were on my wishlist before and at more than 75% off, quite proud of myself! :D

i have finally bought magica, how to survive "something" edition Grid and 2 tables for pinball FX. waiting to decide if i should buy grid 2 or the compendium for Dota 2

Does anyone else also go onto the steam website and relook at that list of updated deals over and over. I've probably read through it ten times tonight. I don't know what I'm hoping to find that's different, but anyway- there you have it,

Thoughts on MS Flight Sim X for $4.99 (80% off)? Played a version a loooong time ago which was okay. This one is now going on for 10 years old. Worth a buy at that price?

it was going for -130% or something earlier. Unfortunately the buy button was removed  It must be a steam fail-safe

Gone Home really any good? I've heard great things about it, albeit a very short game and not worth the full price. But at the current -88% price, is it a bargain?

LOL, -130%?? How does that work? They give you the game for free AND add $7.50 to your Steam wallet?
"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
