Skyforge

also trying this out. it's interesting enough but fuck me is it a shlep to get the class I want...

want gunner but dammit it's taking so loooong

How does one unlock new classes anyway? I started with a Cryomancer. I did a bunch of story missions, but now the next mission I have available says impossible under difficulty and I don't want to attempt it on my own. Might stop playing this altogether, not that I've spent much time with it.

I have to say, something about the game has pulled me in, bugs and all, this is fun. So far it hasnt felt grindy at all. And even though the instances are a bit bugged, aka the scaling doesnt always work, we have found a work around for it. So that it upscales us 90% of the time and when it doesnt we have one op person in the group :P

I love the fact that dungeons scale between 1 and 3 mans. The fact that you can control your minions via this:

I have thus far managed to unlock 2 classes, the cryomancer which is very op and the kinetic which is just fun. If any of you wanna join us just give me a shout in game :D Brethless Simi

It looks pretty!

Man, I'm so out of the MMO loop.

This one keeps surprising me, its a F2P, that actually works. You dont need to spend a dime on it and still have a great experience. You get the full game, the money you spend is for cosmetic stuffs as well as boosts to help you get xp and unlock classes faster. I found in the about 6 months that I have played a few hours per night I have unlocked all the classes, Kinetic being my favourite.

YOu can actually see my stats there - only 300 hours in Skyforge, for me that is not a lot at all.

I agree with Wyvern. It's fun and it's nice working on unlocking all of your classes. Unfortunately, Blade & Soul demands a lot of time at the moment, but I'll definitely return to Skyforge as soon as I get a gap. There's something relaxing about it.
