It doesn't really matter because once it is on top of the silo the fly ash inside will strip all the paint off anyway. It's just for transport in case it sits on site for too long in wet weather.

Paper work pedantics.
 
So, got a Steam key for the new MGS game with my new laptop this weekend. This is officially the first time in my life that I've preordered a game. To top it off, it's releasing on my 8-year wedding anniversary. :)
