wow government departments continue to stump me....

we just go served a notice to remove cause of complaint(basically to have our summons we issued dismissed) because it is vague and embarrassing and then they go ahead and quote the part in our summons which they say is vague...

the paragraph basically relates to vehicle hire charges and we set out the amount and explain that we are claiming vehicle hire due to the fact that our client was forced to incur these charges while the client's vehicle was in for repairs which was as a result of their client's negligence.... for this paragraph to be vague and embarrassing we would have had to not say what amount we are claiming or what the amount was for. i wonder how this state attorney got their degree

Good morning everyone. I'm oddly in a very philosophical mood today. I've had a really interesting conversation with my boss for about 30 minutes about various things. I like being in this mood

Also, good start to the new TK. So far well and truly ahead of the previous TK in PPD (Posts Per Day). I'm keeping close tabs on this one.

A few things...:

First off, morning.
Second - on our farm we have a windmill that pumps water from a borehole (very fresh - no bitter sensation).

Now - "my water brings all the boys to the farm..."(Pause). :D
