I think that's illegal. In the code of conduct it says you will not impersonate any other person during the use of the service. If he sold the account he becomes a party to the impersonation.

Plus the terms where signed by him, he can't sell the contract to someone else without permission from rockstar.

Personally I wouldn't want to buy the account and then have rockstar delete it later for being invalid.

Yeah, I completely agree and I will not buy second hand accounts. But it does happen, just take a look at the amount of people that sell their Steam accounts with games included over at Carbonite.

Logitech Sold.

For the T80 I'll throw in a game, the game depends on whether you intend to use on PS3 or PS4, talk to me ....
