1 Game forever

Imagine we are living in a crazy world where you are only allowed to have 1 gaming system, whether it is a console, mobile system or PC. To make it even worse, when you get the system they only install one game on it for you. You are not able to install, uninstall or change anything on the system.

What game would you be happy with playing from sunrise till sunset,day after day without getting bored or tired of the game?

It can be a multiplayer or single player game.

My choice will be World of Warcraft. It is a game that I have played consecutively for more than 4 days at once, only taking breaks to eat. And I never got bored of adventuring through this amazing world.

PC and Civ5. I'll probably still be playing my 100th or so game by the time forever has passed.

Maybe DCS World if I go the multiplayer route.

This is a real tough one. It would be PS4 and either Borderlands Handsome Collection or Witcher 3. Don't make me choose!

The only game I havent yet got bored of is probably Hearthstone...

But without the constant updates, the game would get very stale... So providing I could update the game constantly this would be my pick.

If It was a game put onto a PC and never again altered I would take Warcraft 3... but with the good old fashioned Dota and TD maps for endless hours of multiplayer action...
 
PC Mass Effect 3. I'd say Mass Effect is my favorite of the trilogy, but better gameplay in 3, and the damn multiplayer was a phenomenal surprise treat.

I spent countless hours of my youth playing TTD. I was thoroughly delighted when OpenTTD released with proper widescreen support and HUGE maps. It is a game I could play forever. Mind you, I might just make it my pet project to recreate TTD in Unity - even keeping the isometric perspective and grid-based layout.

You take the Game as Given. So you can chose a version. But as you get it, so it remains

Fine! Then I'll choose Bloodborne instead. Not in my original two but I did some more thinking and I can play that forever.

Haha. Or try to finish by using only one weapon, for each weapon in the game. That should keep me busy for a while.

PC - a game I spent too many hours playing (MP) Battlefield. So...

PC and Battlefield 3 or 4 (MP).

Know what? Scratch that - an open-world shooter.
Lots to do and a variety of way in which to perfom them.

Hmmm

Several options here. Elite: Dangerous certainly offers a lot of places to go and see. No Man's Sky will do the same.
World of Warcraft is always fun to play.

I have favourite games like Deus Ex, but I believe I would get tired of that after some time, probably.

I think I'd go with World of Warcraft, so long as I'm not the only one that got this as his 1 game forever :D
