on a more seriosu note, I feel that people with genetic diseases, like cancers and alzheimers, should do there part and not have there own children. It's simply for the best of the species. when a cure to fix it at the genetic level has been obtained, than you can go spread you seed willy-nilly

The very first problem with that is simply that these diseases typically only present at an age where one already had children. So realistically, I don't think it's viable, but theoretically, I agree 100%.
