Mixed Martial Arts... I have been doing it for about 2yrs now but just going back after holidays killed me

I used to take Jui-Jitsu and Aikido lession from a friend's uncle (For free.) But than I had an accident (Fell off the roof of my house) and was in a wheel chair for 2 weeks, and after a month of physio, I never went back.
