I'm only 22, in no rush hey. I look forward to being someone's wife and having kids but I'm enjoying where I am at the moment. The babies can wait :p

One of the worst sights in the world is seeing your car being taken away on the back of a flatbed pickup :(

And good morning everyone.

EEEK. What happened dude? Being a nut over my baby...er...CAR, I know how you must feel. Please elaborate!

Ok, a question for the computer geniuses...So as some of u know, I recently got a new PC for my birthday. The following components:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
Club3D ATI Radeon HD5770
4gigs Ram
500g HD
Gigabyte Odin 585w PSU
Case with space for tw0 120mm fans (not installed yet)

Something's fan inside the PC is extremely nosiy. I have been told it might be the GFX card. Is this because I don't have case fans installed? It's just that if I compare it to our other PC, then I don't understand how it can be so loud. And it's not just when I am playing games.

Ultimately just a bumper bashing. The audi A4 i hit (at like 10kph) only needs a new back bumper. My car is a little worse off, and unfortunately undriveable.

New front left headlight cluster is needed, bonnet is buckled, the front left wheel arch is slightly buckled, the metal piece that holds the silver grills in place (it's a BMW E36) is buckled and the fans on my radiator aren't working after the bump. Also, there seems to be a loose/damaged coolant pipe. Surprisingly, the bottom section of the front bumper (the main part) is basically completely undamaged. Shows you how high off the ground that new A4 actually is...

*edit*

We're both insured, fortunately. Was my bad luck to hit a lawyer's car though :P

I hope so too :(

Really need my car for work...

About your PC. It could either be your GPU fan, or your CPU fan. The fan on your GPU spins faster the hotter it gets, so if your case doesn't have enough airflow (read, extra case fans), it could be getting really hot, and consequently the fan spins faster.

Have you opened up the PC to look inside while its on because then you will be able to pin point the source of the noise and we can help some more there :D oh and haai MissM :D

Where to start, okay first look for settings that's enable (million names) Smartcooling, cool and quite and many other fansy names. First check your bios to see if its enabled for you cpu fan.
Or if you have a programmed install from the manufacturer check the settings there.
Then open up your program for your gpu and see if smartcooling is enabled there.

All that this does is when the system is idle the fan spins slower when your playing a game it speeds up.

or it could be a wire touching a fan...
