Sigh give us IT guys a bad name. I use thunderbird and only get like 1 spam message now and again but still dam stupid IT guy should go found out if there is a something.

I've been using Mailwasher for years. While the free version is quite robust, it's actually worth buying it for the premium features, especially since it's a permanent licence (i.e. you can use your licence key with all new versions of the app).
