Nope, sadly I can remember each of those being in the news & gaming press at various times.
You might want to add the hooplah about the "graphic sex scene" in Mass Effect to the list too, for that matter.

Nice read, except I've come to the conclusion you don' t like Nirvana and I love that band...

This is true.... If that argument about the race or origin of the npc ur killing is to be believed we are all anti russian and anti-german coz lets face it... most of us have killed at least 2 3rds of the 3rd Reich multiple times.

I do feel bad killing dogs in games though... go figure.

Heh, yeah. To paraphrase Terry Pratchett, when faced with all the possibilities for discrimination that different species offer, why on earth would you worry about discriminating against someone over such a minor thing a colour?
For the most part we're too busy killing little green men / goblins / robots to give a shit about perceived racism in games :p
 
Yup, If the Aliens that are found in most games have political or legal representation on Earth, we are ALL in trouble for being naughty.

I usually either ignore, or point and laugh.
 
The resistance schtik is actualy more evidence to condemn most high ranking church officials as corrupted bastards who don't even belive what they preach.

Yeah. I try and avoid them where possible. Then again bite me and Fido must die ! (This reminds me where the original MW2 trailer was showing some gameplay and the guy walks past a dog on the other side of the fence and it barks at him and he leaves it. Then 2-3min later he is walking and there is a hole in the fence and the dog chomps him to death. He respawns, runs to the dog and shoots it in the head! lol :D)
 
I remembered being lectured at school for the BAD SATANIC CREATURES in Mortal Kombat 3 years ago! (Baraka with his viscous teeth!)
OMG I still laugh about it if I think back about the teacher going on and on and on.... :D :D :D

Oh guess Willie Jefferson didn't see the white guy killing hordes of black zombies in Resident Evil 5... or is that just because they African blacks???

I can honestly say I have never noticed any of it either, until somebody pointed it out. :/

Actually, someone somewhere did make a fuss about it. They made a big point about not minding it being in Africa, but were concerned about the lack of white people being shot.

Not that I've heard of hordes of white people up in Central Africa anyways :D but for the sake of the touchy folk, they had better import them.
