Anime: Like or dislike?

Anime- Yeah me and the wife love it. It's nice not watching the same old generic shit that is always on tv nowadays.

I stay away from the stuff meant for american T.V Love the Ones that never get shown on T.V
 
I like anime, but I am limited by the fact that I don't have a huge cap or uncapped (we will get it soon hopefully) so I can't dowload and watch at my leisure. I have seen some of the stuff on animax but, it's quite boring and they haven't gotten any new shows, it's the same old stuff over and over. So I am forced to watch normal TV and i can find interesting stuff there. So yes. Like.
 
Love anime
and my friend has a good philosophy, unless they hate the style, people who don't like anime just haven't found the right genre yet
 
Another problem is people don't like reading sub-titles. Which is a shame really has 99.9999999999% of the animes out there are better when you listen to it in Japenese. :cool:
 
A friend of mine has problems with the subs she says that the text on the screen goes to fast, she cannot keep up so she does not watch it. I toldd her to sit closer to the screen so she can read faster.
 
I would have to go with like there are more that I like than those I dislike
What would make sense is to see what you guys like and then compare

English Anime can be real of putting if its not done right and normally its licensed so its not legal to download. Japanese is the best way to watch it with the English subs. And you have a problem with the subs going to fast there are a lot of way's of letting it display longer on the screen.

Also the crazy things happening is more Japanese craziness than any American craziness :D So its really funny in Japanese but looks complete out of play in American English.

+1000 and the english dubs kinda destroy the real dialogue.

Agreed. I never liked subs until I actually got high school of the dead and now I will not watch it any anime in english.

Well I only recently started watching anime in japenese. I would rent them 2 years ago at my vid store and it would always be in english. My very first anime when I was 14 was legend of the overfiend:)
