Most resource hungry game?

What is the most resource hungry game besides Crysis and Metro 2033. I want to stress my system and see if every thing runs 110%. I have tried both Crysis and Metro 2033 and they dont give my system a problem.

GTA 4. You've got a beast of a pc. But that 4890 may not be able to get it to run on max perfectly. I've got an 5870, and I can't max it.

Really? GTA4? have not played it yet! I am going to upgrade my GPU soon, to either a 5970, 5870, GTX470 or a GTX480. You can have a look at the PC Gaming hardware section i have made a thread for my upgrades that i am planning and what else i should upgrade. Go have a look there.

Supreme Commander Forged Alliance

8 players, 1000 unit cap.

play that for a while...

mortal kombat 1. it never ran 100% smooth :D

GTA 4 definitely, it needs a very powerful rig to be able to max it out. Heck, my rig can't even max it out. You'd probably need two 5870s with 2gb of ram each in order to be able to handle max shadows in GTA4
.

Far Cry 2
STALKER 3
GTA 4

Far Cry 2? I don't have a particularly strong system and I managed to run it quite smoothly.

Crysis made my poor box go on strike for a higher salary - especially when I got to the final boss fight. Supreme Commander I've never tried, but I've heard things - specifically regarding the AI that makes your system grind to a halt. You can't consider graphics to be the only benchmark, after all.

Cookie monster would be probably the most hungriest game I rate :p

I know Dawn of war 2 is pretty heavy on resources when turned up to full.
Suppreme commander 2 is also in there somewhere.

Crysis still rapes the best machines out there.

Still the ultimate benchmark for a pc.
Nothing else out there can rape a machine as much as Crysis can.

wow, on my PC I could run Cryses on medium at 1024x786 will FPS raging from 15-25 Far Cry 2 on low hardly ever hit that, you try them on the same PC?

Far Cry 2 is running better than Crysis. Crysis was scaled down a lot and still my PC struggled, but with Far Cry 2 I had a very smooth game on higher graphic selections.

my lan pc (athlon II quad core, 2 gigs ram) runs crysis @ 640x480 (get about 20 - 25 fps) and it doesnt even have a graphics card atm, im making use of the intergrated ATI HD 3200 GPU

Jees dude. I wont be able to play at that res even at a lan.

GTA4 is just a poorly coded port from Console or am I wrong? I think no matter what system you have by todays standards it will never play smoothly..
Metro 2033 gets my vote :)
