It's actually funny--what about those of us who freaked out epically to get it pre-ordered before 11 January? It's a fair disservice to us to shrug it off and keep selling it, if you know what I mean? Not that I'm saying, "Don't stop giving away Signature Editions if you have a certain allocation to be rid of" just you know... It's not quite so special if everyone and their dog is getting one
While I really do dig BT, I can't stand that awful site of theirs
And what's the point of screenshots of games that are the same size as a cellphone screen?
Meeeh... I could complain all day long
Based on the complaints I see about their website I'm not celebrating yet
and their website is not great especially the ordering

Yeah... The ordering is very much... conflicted and in no way updated accurately. To give you an example, my Dragon Age order.

Aside from the fact that 'Dragon Age' isn't two words, I'm pretty sure I've pre-ordered, been given an amount and paid for it, no? Why doesn't the site update? It's piss-poor, that's why.
The only information you have about your order is in your inbox. So pray to whatever gods you believe in that your computer doesn't bomb out and that e-mail's no longer on your webmail otherwise, boohoo for you, that's any and all information about your order gone to hell.
I know, that's unlikely to happen and even then I'm sure you could e-mail or phone someone who'd help you sort it out but ffs. Really?
It's just so utterly shoddy and unprofessional it actually irks me to use it.
Anyway, I'll always have something to say about their site and their ordering methods. It's just vile. And this, in the age of technology and information. I think in many ways it reflects the expectations of their clientèle, which in many ways is insulting to me, consider I'm part of their clientèle.
And then, of course, a few weeks ago I waited three days before getting a response to their [email protected] e-mail address and even then, I only received a response after e-mailing [email protected], as suggested to me by Prophet and satanboy ony MyBB.
Meeeeeeeeeeeh.... I want to support them and praise them but they make it really bloody difficult.

I've just ordered the signature edition online through BT Games. Strange cause it was supposed to expire on Tuesday but hey, not complaining
Well they confirmed the order this morning
. See it's still up on their site as available so maybe they have a lot of signature editions to sell

Lets hope there is no incident like what happended with fallout new vegas and its ce edition.
I went with gamersgate and they stopped taking orders for the sig edition.on the 11 Jan 2011 as per the bw cut off date. BW also closed the thread concerning it on their forums.
So hopefully for everyone who ordered through BT , BT actually knows what is going on as opposed to their website...

You should be fine since you ordered before the cut off date. I am more worried about guys who are still ordering because their site is still listing it and then just before launch BT tells them sorry we screwed up and EA aren't giving us those sig editions because we weren't allowed to take orders post 11 Jan.

That does make me feel lots better and you make a good point. I really hope everything will be fine though... I've never pre-ordered for in-store collect before. Terrified of a thousand things going south and I really don't want to be the person they say, "Oops, sorry, we screwed up" to. Especially since it really does feel like it's one of those, either you get it, or you're screwed things.
Argh... I just don't want to be shafted, is all.
