ok, wait. now I am really confused. I took a look at my c drive to see how mauch free space I have. I looked wrong the first time.

total size of c: 27.9GB
free space 19.6GB

(I read it as used space )

so it seems space is not a problem as to why lappy could be slow. what else can cause it to be slow? memory?
