Xbox 360 VS PS3

I have neither of the two consoles and so cannot speak from experience, however my view is that one should pick one's gaming device according to
what games one likes to play.

i rate xbox because its cheaper the games are cheaper and you get Gears ..... and ps3= no gears so.....

I have no personal preference, although I have been with Sony since PSone. When I do eventually buy one, it will be a PS3, for various reasons. Blue Ray, Sony game exclusives like Metal Gear Solid 4 and God of War 3. If money wasn't an issue I'd get an Xbox also.

We have been a gaming family for many years and I must say that it would be hard to pick just one consol. Esspecially since some PS only games later come out on Xbox as Xbox only games, so we got both. Just do not have the PS3 yet, but we have the PS2, Xbox (needs repairs) and Xbox 360.

Gears is the only game worth playing on the 360 IMHO

Be that as it may, I have tried it and found the controls to be a turn-off.

If I had to get an Xbox 360 and could choose just one game, it would be Fable 2.

For the Playstation 3, it would probably be armoured Core 4.

I am not a fan of JRPGs.

I'm an Xbox guy. I own one and am not interested in getting a PS3 in the least as there isn't a game that comes to mind that appeals to me in the least available on it that I can't get on my 360.

Metal Gear Solid 4 on the PS3?
I was quite impressed by the gameplay trailer, it looked awesome. Sssnnaake!
As of 2009 it has shipped 4 million copies.

Metal Gear Solid is honestly and truly the most boring game I've played in my life lol. So yeah, definitely not that one...

I've come to notice most Xbox fans is net skop skiet en donner fans.
It's like story means nothing to them.

For me its all about the money, and with the PS3 coming down in prices, i will most prob get one for the exclusives such as MGS4 and FFXIII Versus. Its all dependant on the users opinion i guess, as i have the 360 and my neighbour a PS3, and personally i see no difference what so ever in the games that comes out on both consoles. Buttons seems to be exactly the same for me as well.

Story is indeed important, but when it starts feeling like you're watching a movie alarm bells start ringing...
