MyGamingShop a scam?

I thought the shop was just getting going, it really looked like it was about to take off? Why stop it now?

What about our pre-orders?

Hi there,

I just stumbled upon this forum via google since discovering the mygamingshop showing a site maintenance message. I have a Battlefield 3 pre-order from mygamingshop. So, with the shop "taking a break", will you still be processing your current paid for orders?

That doesn't seem right. If people have already paid for pre-orders they shouldn't have to go and PM an admin to get their money or game they should either have automatically gotten refunds or email responses stating that pre-orders will still be honored.

Very true - this is actually really shocking.
 
I give my hats off to mygaming shop actually.

although it was handled a bit backwards. They seem to have fulfilled everyone's orders to my knowledge, or at least the people I know.

They had it couried to me the day before release and I received on release day, they even included a cap, the dog tags dlc and a copy of Norton internet security although mine didn't have that lol.

So my thanks to those running the my gaming shop and my broadband for honoring my purchase.
