Solution is easy, check out his FB page and look if there is any new friends of the female variety. First thing most people do when they meet a new lady friend is add them to FB.

Ok, I'm done ragging him now :p

He should really know better than to bring this kind of thing up on a Monday :D

i was looking @ a plot in kuilsriver last week and it was in the region of R500 000.00 (thats just for a plot)

My parent live in kuilsriver, still good value for money. but you need to buy in soneike or amandlerig, the rest is too close the v/n Riebeeck Rd.

Less that property in London :p
ja property in London is very expensive, my old roomie's GF bought a bachelors(1 bedroom) flat near that eye of london thing and it cost her 5 years back about R800 000.00. which is just crazy but they are a block away from both their jobs and are near everything

Well that is smack tab in the middle of the city, no wonder. Im on the Greenwich line, on the shores of the river.

Then you still have to build a house on top of it which will probably work out another R500 000 to R700 000.00 eish

Holy shit! You guys don't even give me a chance to fight back while I'm working, you dirty bastards! Hahahaha

@Syco: Haha, of course buddy- you mos always joking :P

@Omega: Good thinking there, looking for new friends on my facebook, you stalker! :P Although, you deleted me so I guess you're not finding out :D

@Murph: Lol dude, should have known better, right? :D

@Tsar: No bru, I'll still kick some ass in BF3, don't worry! :D

@Rif: I'm thinking of buying a flat in Somerset-West. New development going up. Also, the market is really weak atm, so now would be a kak good time to invest. It's R800 000, for the flats in the first block of development. Thereafter, it goes up in value by R10 000 for each block that's completed, so if I buy now, by the end of the first stage, it would have risen R60 000 in value! Plus there's no deposit in the initial phase :D. Quite a bargain if you ask me. And it's in quite a fuckin' nice area, so the value will go up a fuckload in the next 2 years. Did some research, but it's looking good!
