We had the same issues with our house. They never told us about any problems of the house. Oh their surname is shaftmans so you must know :-/

People are fucking disgusting. I am so tempted to sink this women but that will take money I really don't feel like wasting.

Plus she claims she is broke, so yeah pretty screwed. At least the issues are not that massive that a bit of money can't sort out.
 
Ah Long weekend at long last. Hopefully I can finish Witcher 2, also have Sniper Elite V2 arriving today, hoping that will be enjoyable.

I got some good news. My focus at work is shifting from Data mining to supporting the Project Manager with testing and site/client setups. AWESOME news as it could mean a permanent position in the near future.
