Yep, July 9th it will be a year. I started working here the week of the 14th of November. So Next week tuesday I will have been here Six month. :O

Patio, garage, office leaks when it rains and is damaged. Owner promised to fix it, now is refusing.
We discovered a burst hot water pipe in the kitchen cupboard that spans to the bathroom. Massive issue. Owner refusing responsibility.
Borehole we were told time and time again works, it doesn't.
about 8 windows were broken, owner fixed one and left the rest.

There are a few other issues.

\Shit that s just Crazy... you can sue them to have it fixed if you do not want to cancel the sale. only thing is you will probably have to fix everything first or get estimate price quotes....
 
Sheesh, I have spent 23 hours on Forza 4 and I'm only 4.5% finished with the career.

Ah thats good. Its a mild 15 today. Actually very nice other than its cloudy and rains occasionally.

Im glad its Thursday... 5 Days 19 hours until Diablo 3.
