Battlefield 3 PC discussion thread MK II

I want that JNG gun whatsjamacallit. Anyways, i came to the conclusion that CQ sucks (maybe it's just me) I still have more fun on normal and b2k maps.

I just played CQ to get the weapon unlocks, the new game modes are nothing new and exciting, Gun Master is like CSS Gun Game, and Conquest Assault, is a cross of Death Match with the option to cap flags as well SMG/Shootgun/M16/C4/Claymmore noob fest. Would have paid R89 for just the new guns IMO, since I like to unlock the tags.

Hey, it's a lot better than a 12x Scope, I hate those things + Lasers dazzle snipers like mad!
 
Has anyone noticed how the L96 feels a little different from other sniper rifles.

Usually when take it easy i can score easy headshots with normal sniper rifles but struggle if i start trying.With the L96 it's bit different,it's like pin point accurate.

Tested it today,shot right next to the body parts of players with the L96 and it doesn't hit but normal sniper rifles still hit even when not 100% on a body part.It feels good yet bad.

I did 4 snap shots in a row with it today (shooting one guy in the head at one corner then shooting another guy in the head at another corner almost instantly when they come into view)

Not a big fan of the L96. Use it very seldom.
I spend my time with mostly the M98B and SV98.

Edit...
I noticed something upon making a recording for myself of the game. I was aiming at the guy's head (directly), was kind of off by some very few millimeters, yet, landed a headshot?

I kept track of where the Fib okes were (since they always push the same side) and wiped out everyone on the opposite of where they were pushing and then running around the flank then massacreing them all from behind.

PKP is beast,if 1 bullet hits the head then it's a 2 shot kill but unfortunately it takes 4 shots to the body to kill like AR's.
 
What do you guys think about Fxaa injecting?

It removes the blue tint and improves overall lighting,i'm thinking of trying it.

best aviod it, if one day PBans flag it as 'illegal' then you could get a ban from PB

if you have a Nvidia card, turn up digital vibrance

No specific names, really..Just set your filters to South Africa and search for MWEB, iGame, SGS or WAGE. Then there's the other random servers as well, mostly clan servers. There's plenty dude. Just search them by setting your filters in battlelog.
 
So By tomorrow my clan mate is dropping off my headphones so I will be able to talk to my mates yay. Cannot wait now the ss will really blaze through enemies :p
