We are close, sort of. We got the clearence figures from the council, but what do you know, they fucked up the readings and it looks like we have used this massive amount of water. We have rock solid proof, on paper that they screwed it up but the refuse to change it. We now have one of the senior partners at the conveyancing attorneys office dealing with it. They said they will only charge us for what we have used, which is obviously right. But fuck man, I am over this shit. The seller disclosed to us shortly before we moved in that there were MAJOR leaks, she said her insurance were going to pay to fix it, did they? NO, this women is a fat ugly miserable bitch.

Now my brand new wooden flooring that I had put in, is fucked. AND the water leaking into my man cave went over my electric drum kit and guitar.
