STEAM Rate Limit Feature

Many might find this feature of some help. I saw in the latest STEAM update news, that they have added a rate limit feature.

See image below on where to find it.

In STEAM, click on first menu item called Steam, then on Settings.

The rest is shown below.

I think its out of beta as I dont subscribe to beta's.
