Ya, mine is pretty high, Did an ECG a while back and apparently the heart is still fine, but it's still pretty worrying

The problem is, you can be the skinniest person in the world and still be a walking heart attack waiting to happen. I have a friend who's on meds since she went to the doc recently and even though she's only 25 she's a high risk at the moment. it sucks balls!!

You need to go measure your body fat against your muscle and whats the bet you will probably find that pushing hard at the gym just traded the 2 around

generally I don't care what I weigh, it's just an irrelevant number to me. I only go by how my clothes fit

I just want to loose all my belly fat,thinking of buying a treadmill and doing at least 1KM a day.
