Fallout fan film is shows great potential

"Fallout fan film is shows great potential" Why is there an "is" bad grammar jeremy, tsk tsk :p

Actually, Tooken, punctuation marks go inside the quotation marks, like so;

"Why is there an "is?""

But it's okay. We'll forgive you. :p

Question marks are slightly different.

The placement of question marks with quotes follows logic. If a question is in quotation marks, the question mark should be placed inside the quotation marks.

Examples:
She asked, "Will you still be my friend?"

Do you agree with the saying, "All's fair in love and war"?
Here the question is outside the quote.

NOTE: Only one ending punctuation mark is used with quotation marks. Also, the stronger punctuation mark wins. Therefore, no period after war is used.

Getting back to the topic of the thread...

I watched this and it wasn't too bad. The characters and costumes were the highlights. The sound effects and music borrowed from Fallout: New Vegas, as well as the special effects made me cringe a bit. But then that's fan films for you. :)

I wholly prefer Fallout: Nuka Break and the web series it spawned.
