My parents own a real estate company and I worked in the real estate industry for 4 years.
The pricing of the property is not in the Agents hands, the agent will give an estimated value and the owner can accept it or choose to list at whatever price they like for that matter.

Funny enough, I was just looking through a local paper and saw the same house offered by two local agents. Same place (photos are taken from the same angle and I know the house in question). Agent 1 asks R1.3m and agent 2 asks R1.56m.

Lollies. Must be he is very junior?

I usually think it is mwebs fault. They seem to struggle with their DNS a lot.

If I can ping it but can't browse, I usually look at my own DNS, cache, cookies, etc... first. Then I check if my server is just simply denying http/80 connections to the relevant destination.

I've never blamed google for my interwebz problems :D, but yes like you said the oke is probably VERY VERY junior :p

I feel for you bro. Mine busted a few months ago. But replaced it took 2 weeks. But you have a ps 3 so atleast you can still jam some games.
